1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendant C and the claims extended by this court, and the defendant limited liability company B and D.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) The Plaintiff’s father E purchased land on behalf of the Plaintiff on July 5, 2014 on behalf of the Plaintiff, and thereafter constructed an apartment. The Plaintiff’s father was divided into 3,062 square meters from 3,062 square meters in Hagu-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Plaintiff owned on May 18, 2015 into G, and 38 square meters in Mau-gun, the Plaintiff’s land category was changed to “T” on September 10, 2015;
At the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract, the sales contract entered the subject matter of the sale into the sales contract into between 147 square meters and 165 square meters in Hagu-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. However, the said H land was divided into the area of 569 square meters on the register and the area of 147 square meters on August 12, 2014 from the said H land.
The Plaintiff and Defendant C were divided through an agreement made on August 27, 2015, and only the said Ixle 147 square meters as the subject matter of the instant sales contract.

In relation to the instant sales contract, each of the real estate sales contract (No. 2-2, No. 4, 10, 11) in which the sales price is KRW 300 million and the real estate sales contract (No. 2-2, No. 4, 10, 11) in which the sales price is KRW 400 million and
The main contents of each of the above real estate sales contracts are as follows, and the real estate sales contracts (No. 1) submitted by Defendant C (hereinafter “instant first contract”) with the sale price of KRW 300 million as a witness of each of the sales contracts, which is KRW 300 million.
1. As to the registration of transfer of ownership
(a) all rights, powers, and responsibilities with respect to the construction of the above land will be borne by Defendant C until completion;
Until completion of construction, the Plaintiff shall bear all of the interest costs on the above land.
B. The Plaintiff is limited to the location lot number of the above paragraph (a) and the employee reduction until the completion of the building is completed to Defendant C.
