Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.
1. On March 24, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.181% from blood transfusion around 21:50 on March 24, 2017, driving the said vehicle as his duties and driving the said vehicle in front of the new Mine church located in the Dongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Mangsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, would drive the said vehicle along one lane from the side of the lower elementary school to the Japanese fire station.
Since the location is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to observe the signal to a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle, and to operate the steering and brakes accurately by thoroughly operating the steering and brakes.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) Defendant 1 driven the above-half-hurged vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.181% from a section of approximately 100 meters in alcohol level to the front road of the above-mentioned new church located in the same Dong from the restaurant in which it is difficult to identify the trade name located in the Dongsan-dong, Seosan-gu, Mangsan-si at the above-mentioned day.
