On March 1, 2013, at around 05:00, the Defendant driven a 2 X-ray car owned by himself under the influence of alcohol content 0.094% from the street 13-24, Songpa-gu Seoul, 05:25, the same day from the street 13-24, 05:25, and the same day from the street 05:25, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the road before 52.
