Punishment of the crime

Around May 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the CJ to leave the said website “E” by force against the victim D, who is the Director General in charge of the Oral Inspection, the management of its members, etc. at the said broadcasting station; (b) requested the victim D to leave the said website “E” from among the members of the said website; (c) however, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the rejection thereof.

1. 피고인은 2018. 11. 8. 18:01경 부천시 F에서 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자에게 "(전략)감히 나를 이남자 저남자 치근덕 댄 여자로 만들었어요 (중략) 아줌마가 나한테 한거에 수십만배로 되돌려줄게요~ 아 너님이 치근덕댄 남자분들이랑 같이 갈지도 몰라요.. (중략) B G에서 어디에서든 너라는 이야기가 들리면 감당 못할 일이 생길거야 협박하는거냐구 아니 너도 그랬잖니 (중략)이렇게 공개사과문 올리고 조용히 사라지면..그러면 적어도 내가 인천으로 니 가족을 만나러 가는 일은 없을거야.. 문자메시지 내용은 오, 탈자 그대로 인용한다. 이하 같다. (후략)“라는 문자메시지를 전송하여 마치 피해자에게 위해를 가할 듯이 협박하였다.

2. 피고인은 2018. 11. 13. 09:25경 제1항 기재 장소에서 휴대전화를 이용하여 피해자에게 "(전략)내가다른닉으로 들어가서 너유부녀인거 증거만 깔고 나올까 재밌겠다(후략)“라는 문자메시지를 전송하여 마치 피해자에게 위해를 가할 듯이 협박하였다.

On November 13, 2018, the Defendant sent a text message, “Around 14:07, the Defendant, using a mobile phone at the place specified in paragraph (1), to the extent that he or she was able to mislead the victim to know that he or she knew of a person who scambling, no governance container exists and that the match is false, and thereby, threatened the victim as if he or she would inflict harm on the victim.”
