Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2017, the Defendant driven a B car at a distance of about 8km from the front of the livestock product distribution center located in the valley-dong in Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the front of the water hospital located in the same color-dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% during blood transfusion at around 19:45.
