1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and six months;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

After the Defendant married on November 21, 1995 with the victim C (n, 45 years of age) and on November 21, 1995, the Defendant divorced on July 29, 2002, and lived with the victim again from November 2014.

From November 2014, the victim was receiving an air cancer treatment from the U2am cancer, and the victim was frightened due to the aftermath of the shoulder, so that he was unable to properly sleep, and was frighten to commit suicide.

On August 2015, 2015, the victim asked the defendant to prepare for the balls, dispute, trile, and the sunlight of the vehicle for the purpose of committing suicide. Accordingly, the defendant prepared these articles, and put them into the middle line of the Aburged vehicle of the victim, and put them into the middle line of the Aburged vehicle of the victim.

At around 13:00 on September 11, 2015, the Defendant, along with the victim, had approximately 30 p.m. and one disease per two weeks of water exemption and her return to the above car. On the same day, at around 22:00, the Defendant parked on the front side of the road at Sinung City, at around 22:00, she was parked in the front side of the vehicle in the Twit line, she was covered with the front glass, and the victim was able to drink about 30 p.m. with the two weeks of water exemption along with the two weeks of water exemption. On September 12, 2015, the victim died of the vehicle due to the addiction in the above car at around 10:20 on September 10, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the victim to commit suicide.
