1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff and C are the defendant's children, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 21, 1995 with respect to the share of 8/10 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter "the real estate in this case") in the name of C, and with respect to the share of 2/10 in the name of the defendant, on June 21, 1995.

B. On January 12, 2001, the Plaintiff and C have drawn up a letter to the Defendant that renounced the right to several real estates including the instant real estate.

C. C filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the return of unjust enrichment for the return of the amount equivalent to C’s share out of the leased income from the instant real estate as the court 2013Gahap12182, and the Defendant filed a lawsuit for the registration of ownership transfer concerning the shares in the name of C among the instant real estate as the court 2014Gahap5785, and the judgment was rendered on October 6, 2014 to the effect that “C shall implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for the shares of 8/10 of the instant real estate to the Defendant on January 12, 201.”

[Confirmation of Facts] The object of this case's real estate is registered as the inherited property by the present owner's share of 20% and C80%, but the entire share of C was transferred to the defendant by the Seoul Southern Southern District Court 2013Gahap12182 (unlawful Enrichment) and the judgment 2014Gahap5785 (Counterclaim). The defendant gives 50% of the total share of the above object to the plaintiff.

The defendant shall distribute 50% of the total amount of money other than all loans, rental deposits, and capital gains tax by selling and selling the above objects.

All proceeds from lease shall be managed by B. D.
