Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the competent authorities, and shall not divert farmland without obtaining permission to divert farmland.

Nevertheless, from June 2013 to October 2013, the Defendant 2,167 square meters out of the farmland C (total area of 4,950 square meters) in Pakistan was packed with gravel, and used for the use of the site for camping ground below the parking lot.
