If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No national technical qualification certificate shall be lent or lent to any third person.

Nevertheless, from April 2015 to April 2016, the Defendant lent a national technical qualification witness non-professional engineer qualification certificate held by the Defendant on the condition that F would pay F in lieu of the Defendant’s four premiums at the E office located in Gwangju City from April 2015 to April 2016.
