1. The Defendant is a person who sells a motor vehicle without qualification as an employee selling a motor vehicle;

With the knowledge of the fact that only a vehicle registration certificate of a vehicle to be offered as security and a certificate of personal seal impression of the nominal owner to be transferred, if any, can obtain a vehicle installment loan from a financial right through a comprehensive installment financing company, the vehicle owner would be allowed to obtain a vehicle installment loan, using documents only distributed with a motor vehicle registration certificate, such as a motor vehicle registration certificate, without a large vehicle or a vehicle.

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received relevant documents, such as a certificate of seal impression, which are documents necessary for the purchase of automobiles, from the said D, notwithstanding that D is not the actual purchaser of automobiles; and (b) made a written agreement on the loan of automobile installment as if D actually purchased the NAS vehicle; (c) made a loan of KRW 32 million necessary for the purchase of the vehicle to the employees under the name of the said HK Savings Bank through the FNA General Finance Co., Ltd. located in the same Gu; and (d) made a false statement on the loan of KRW 32 million from the said Savings Bank as a part of the automobile installment loan; and (e) obtained the money from the said Savings Bank as a part of the automobile installment loan.

From March 14, 2011 to January 2, 2013, the Defendant acquired the total sum of KRW 235,200,000 from financial companies, such as the HoHK Savings Bank, on 11 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.
