A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who taught with the Victim C (V, 27 years of age) from the beginning of July 2012 to the end of July 2013.
1. The Defendant sent text messages to the victim who did not seem to have any special response, and sent text messages to the victim’s cell phone number with the victim’s handphones, and sent video images with the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim, and then sent text messages “to see”, “to see at the same time with the victim,” “to see all other things at once,” and “to see, at the same time, all other things.”
Accordingly, if the defendant does not meet or contact, the defendant threatened the victim with the intent to spread sexually related video images, etc. with the victim.
2. Around September 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent one copy of the victim’s cell phone using his handphone to the victim’s private village D; and (b) sent one copy of the victim’s photo to the victim’s private village D; and (c) transmitted approximately one minute of the victim’s sexually related video on the same day at approximately 21:25.
In addition, the Defendant, from the above date and time to September 2, 2013, to September 00:05, as indicated in the list of crimes, is the same as four persons who are the offenders of the victim.
