Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the Chinese nationality of a person who exports air freight to China through aviation only by separating the main body and high-priced parts, whose serial numbers are entered in purchasing lost or stolen mobile phones other than normal and used mobile phones, while working as an employee at G and I, China, from 201 to H. In purchasing a lost or stolen mobile phone, the Defendants are the Chinese nationality.

Defendant

A performs the work of screening and separating the stolen mobile phone line from the above I to the person in charge of management; Defendant B is an employee who lost or stolen mobile phone line and separation work; Defendant C is an employee who is in charge of the packing work of the separate mobile phone and the night work of the I employee, and Defendant C is in charge of reporting to H.
