Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with C on July 13, 1985.

On March 5, 2011, at around 17:30, the Defendant, who had a trade name in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong.

2. Defendant B knew that he is a spouse of A, and even at the same time and place as described in the foregoing 1. Paragraph B, Defendant B had sexual intercourse with A once as described in the foregoing 1.
