A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 24, 2015 to August 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed 29 Japanese-style 29 games in which “Yatoma” program, a game not classified, was loaded; and (b) entered 200 per 20,000 won for many and unspecified customers to operate a game server; and (c) entered one 10 dule and a 10 dule in each 3 different dule; and (d) made the game to increase or decrease the points according to the relevant plaque and exchange the remaining points in cash.

As a result, the defendant provided an unspecified number of customers with an unclassified game machine and exchanged intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
