1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,558,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from June 9, 2018 to May 31, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 15, 2018, the Plaintiff, at the joint law office, commissioned a notary public to prepare a notarial deed of a monetary loan agreement with the Plaintiff, Non-Party D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Non-Party D”), 30,000,000 won due, and 15% per annum on March 16, 2018 at the due date. Accordingly, the said content was written by a notary public as stipulated in No. 22, 2018 (hereinafter “instant notarial deed”).

B. On May 4, 2018, the Plaintiff issued a collection order for the seizure and collection of the instant authentic deed (hereinafter “instant authentic deed”) with the title of execution (amount claimed: KRW 30,558,000) by the Incheon District Court Decision 2018TTTT No. 2018, May 4, 2018, regarding the “the amount of the claim for the price for the goods against the communications antenna production and delivery (hereinafter “the price for the goods”) possessed by the company out of the amount of the claim.”

On May 10, 2018, the collection order was served on the Defendant.

C. On June 15, 2018, the non-party company related to the lawsuit between the non-party company and the defendant filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the claim for the clinical processing costs (the claimed amount: 93,795,950 won; hereinafter “related lawsuit”) with the Incheon District Court 2018Gadan18084, which was formulated a settlement agreement with the defendant on April 23, 2019, and then withdrawn the above lawsuit on May 15, 2019.

The non-party company and the defendant shall agree on and sign and seal the settlement agreement with respect to the case of 2018dan18084.

1. The Defendant, a corporation, the main business of which is gold-type manufacturing business, manufacture of telecommunications equipment parts, and wholesale and retail business, continued with the non-party company from July 2017 to April 2018.

2. The non-party company shall calculate only the settlement amount for the year 2018 in the above lawsuit and the processing expenses.
