Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2014, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the “public parking lot located in Jung-gu, Incheon at 67-15, Man-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, 27-15, and assaulted the face of the police officer, i.e., the police officer C, belonging to the Incheon Central Police Station B District B District of Jung-gu, who was called the fighting, by taking the face of the police officer one time, and taking the face of the head one time.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
