1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 12, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable law stipulate the purport that the lease deposit cannot be returned due to economic difficulties without stating the plaintiff's assertion in the written reply. Since the plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, all of the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all the plaintiff's assertion.
