C is a bond company, and D was engaged in the bond business with C's internal women from around 1999 to November 201, 201.

B On June 3, 2010, at its own office in Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul. At the request of D to inquire about the progress of the case under investigation at the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Branch Office, etc., after accessing the criminal justice information system, perused DNA's investigation case information, and then informed D of the progress of the case at that time. From around that time to May 2, 201, the criminal justice information was informed to D in the above manner four times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table.
