The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that at around April 19, 2017, the Defendant:47, at the Gwangju Mine-gu, the senior citizens of the Gu, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that there is four persons, other than village residents F, and the victim’s horses in the place where there is no Defendant, in relation to the case of proving the content of the recommendation to remove a pastor of the E church to the victim D, the victim’s horses.

In a large sense, “the victim was openly insultingd.”

2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records of this case, the facts that the victim revokes the complaint against the defendant after the prosecution can be acknowledged. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
