Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2017, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven B-low-scale car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.063% alcohol concentration in blood from approximately 150 meters from the front of the office street of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the same 398-ro, the office street of Gangseo-gu.
