A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2019 Highly 74,” was under the provision and preparation of ethyl ethyls, an exempted water containing psychotropic drug ingredients, in order to treat scarcitys.

1. Attempted robbery and violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (flame) at around 13:50 on December 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the 1st floor of a building located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City “C”; (b) had the victim D (27 years of age) fluorcing so that the said ethyl gas would take the property of the said victim; (c) had the Defendant and the victim left the said fluor in the said fluor, put water and ethyl 2-3 eggs into the fluor where the said fluorcium was prepared in advance; and (d) had the victim fluoring the said fluor so that the fluor would have the said fluoral fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor f.”

Thus, even though the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he used a psychotropic drug strokem, and tried to take the victim's property by using it, but failed to do so.

2. On December 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (e.g., robbery, quasi-indecent act by force, and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc.) holds a large amount of cash in F in Seoul Special Metropolitan City E from around 08:00 to around 11:00 the same day, and the Victim G (V, 34 years of age, Gain) who came to know in the singing room.
