Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a member of the “F US Hostel” (hereinafter referred to as “F”) located in Busan Shipping Daegu E while operating “D” in the Gyeongnam Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and the above F did not collect parking fees on ordinary days, but on Sundays was collecting parking fees due to the influence of the surrounding church, but the Defendant was unaware of this fact.

At around 16:20 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant: “F US Hostel,” the parking manager G (62 e.g., the victim G (62) located in Busan Shipping Daegu E; “The settlement of parking expenses is going back from the rear door to the rear door; and the Defendant was driving the Defendant’s vehicle (BMWX5) while driving the Defendant’s vehicle at a street, and assault the Victim G by means of approximately 2-3 meters in front of the Victim G while driving the Defendant’s vehicle (BMWX5); and the Victim H (37 years) who is an employee of FF who was called upon in contact with the Victim, was also injured by the victim’s kne (37 years), one meter high tight, and knee, at the right point requiring three weeks’s treatment.
