1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years, and the defendant B by imprisonment for six months; and

2. Provided, That with respect to the defendant B, the defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 p.m., on the part of the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C; (b) at E entertainment tavern operated by the victim C, the victim C, who caused trauma to his employees; (c) 10 minutes of p.m.; and (d) at the above main toilet, the Defendant f.b.d., on the part of the relevant plastic toilet, the Defendant f.b., on the part of the relevant f.m., f., f., f., f.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.

In addition, from around that time to July 18, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim's multi-faced operations by force over a total of two occasions, as shown in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached List of Crimes.

B. From July 14, 2014, around 19:00 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F, the Defendant: (a) placed only walk in the Hda operated by the Victim F in the Gangwon-gun G on his hand; and (b) prevented the Defendant from entering the said walk for about one hour by leakage in the small wave in front of the entrance.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's multiple business by force.

In addition, from around that time to July 28, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim's multiple operation by force over a total of three times, as shown in the attached Table No. 3 to No. 5. 5.

C. At around 02:00 on September 8, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, at the point of K-ju operated by the victim I in the J of the Gangwon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, the Defendant 1, fighting in his body due to the issue of the Defendant’s daily alcohol and drinking value, and caused the victim to leave the scene, and prevented the customers from entering the above main point.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim M in the O entertainment tavern operated by the victim M in the Gangwon-gun N on December 3, 201.
