A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2010, the Defendant was a foreign language assistant teacher in C High School French language from around March 1, 2010, and the victims are the above school language assistant students.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, who are under the French Food and Drug Act;

A. The Defendant: (a) around March 2015, 2015, at C High School French language division and fish language division located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) “I do not want to move to, and do not want to do so.”

In addition, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on two occasions by two victims, who are children and juveniles, such as the statement Nos. 1 and 2 at a time in the list of annexed crimes.

B. On September 14:30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the instant C High School first-class class and fourth-class class; (b) at the instant C High School first-class class; and (c) at the victim E (V, 16 years of age) refusing to adopt the Defendant’s Food Personnel Management Act, the Defendant described the two shoulders of the victim E (V, 16 years of age) in his/her hand and her sound, and her view was indecently committed on both sides of the victim by forcing the victim, who is a child or juvenile, on several occasions.

In addition, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on 20 occasions against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, such as the statement 3 to 20, 22, and 23 at the time of the list of crimes in the attached Form 1.

2. Around September 10 to October 10, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (indecent act by force), was found to have received the number of copies in French language in the above C High School French language and the language museum.
