When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:35% of blood alcohol concentration, was driving B the amount of fladon car at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front day of the Gan Education University in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu to the front day of the calculated distance in about 1043 according to the name of the same Gu.
