A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was engaged in driving a benz car.

On August 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on August 19:30, 2016, and driven the road of two-lanes in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, with one-lane in the direction of golf from the upper investigative distance, and led to driving a bicycle driven by the victim D (E is deemed to be a clerical error, and E is deemed to be a clerical error) who is going on the front side of the Defendant.

After all, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, left the victim's left-hand body in need of approximately six weeks of treatment, and immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures such as aiding and abetting the victim.
