A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as fating a fat, chewing, and fating a bitch, and fating a police officer’s lawful performance of official duties for the handling of the reporting duty, on the ground that the Defendant: (b) fated a fat to the police officer of the Busan Coast Guard, who was assigned to the Busan Coast Guard, to check the details of the report and called out after receiving the 112 report; and (c) fating the interest; and (d) fatd the fat, fat, fating, and fating a bitch.
