A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Doz car.

On October 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.126% in blood around 07:02, while driving it, and making it turn to the left at an irregular speed depending on one lane among the two-lanes of the enclosed-gun and the two-lanes of the dudual Eup in Korea.
