Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) driven a B rocketing car from around 4 km to the south-dong Gwangju CGI-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju, under the influence of alcohol by 0.105% of blood alcohol concentration on Apr. 22, 2013.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Aggravated Punishment, etc.) are those engaged in B rocketing car driving.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as above, driven the said car and proceeded with three-lane roads in the way of Gwangju Southern-dong Gwangju Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, using one-lane roads from the surface of the Songam University to the surface of the Songam University.

Since the place has a large volume of traffic, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the operation and steering gear.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform sob and proceeded with the Defendant’s vehicle in two-lanes by negligence, which led to the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle prior to the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle (the age of 39), followed the left-hand part of the D-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed Vehicle

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as chromosomes and tensions that require medical treatment for about two weeks, and, at the same time, destroyed the said car so that the repair cost, such as exchange of fropos, would be approximately KRW 2,564,866, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as stopping the car and providing relief to the victim.
