Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2014, at around 14:20, the Defendant driven a non-registered 50cc motor vehicle in the section of about 5 km from the front of the parking lot in the direction of the central market in the direction of Ansan-si to the road located in about 372 km in the center of the city of Ansan-si.
