[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of five years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
【Status of the Defendants and their accomplices】 Defendant A (hereinafter “A”) is a foreigner of the Doz B B’s nationality who is eligible to stay in the Republic of Korea with the visit employment status from November 9, 2019 to the foreigner of the Republic of Korea. Defendant B (hereinafter “B”) is a foreigner of the nationality of Doz B, who is eligible to stay in the Republic of Korea until April 13, 2021 as the status of stay in the Republic of Korea with the status of stay in the Republic of Korea from April 13, 2021. D (D; hereinafter “D”); Defendant B’s spouse entered the Republic of Korea on or around January 5, 2018, and was staying in the Republic of Korea with his/her spouse visiting the Republic of Korea on or around October 21, 2018.

1. Defendant A
