For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the charges of this case on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles on the establishment of a joint principal offender in fraud or violating the Supreme Court precedents.
