1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 13,00,000 as well as 30% per annum from October 16, 2013 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 10 million to Defendant B on August 23, 2013, as well as KRW 2 million on September 26, 2013, and KRW 14 million on October 16, 2013 at the monthly interest rate of 5%. Of them, the Plaintiff was repaid from Defendant B on October 11, 2013.

B. Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed Defendant B’s loan obligations worth KRW 10 million on August 23, 2013 to the Plaintiff.

C. Therefore, Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 13 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum from October 16, 2013, which is the date of the final loan to the date of full payment, to the date of full payment, and Defendant C is jointly and severally liable with Defendant B to pay the amount of KRW 10 million out of the above loan and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum from October 16, 2013 to the date of full payment.
