A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From June 2012 to July 24, 2013, the Defendant, while operating a marina business with the trade name “D” in the Chungcheong budget group C, employed E, etc. as an employee and divide the profits therefrom into 50%. The Defendant, who was found in the above business, received KRW 80,00 to KRW 110,00 from the customer who was found in the above business place, as the consideration for sexual intercourse or similar intercourse, directed the customer to a marina area, and led the said employee to have the said employee perform the sexual intercourse with the customer, or to have the customer scambling the customer’s sexual organ and scambling it under the following conditions.

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,00 from F, which was found to be a customer at the above business establishment, and (b) had employees in the above E, etc. engage in a similar act that scambling the F’s sexual organ by hand and scambling the F’s sexual organ under the following below; and (c) brokered commercial sex acts by contrasting 20 customers from the above date to June 26, 2013, such as the list of crimes, as described in the attached list of crimes.
