On April 2, 2004, the accused of the criminal records and the respondent of the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendants") sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Seoul Northern District Court for a short term of one year and six months for a short term of one year and three months, and on July 26, 2007, the Incheon District Court sentenced seven years to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery injury on the part of the Busan District Court's Vice Branch branch branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 9, 2014.

1. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. B. On August 28, 2014, the Defendant reported that, around 13:00 on August 28, 2014, the Defendant was opening the window of a living room at the residence of the victim F in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around 13:00, by using each item, she opened the crime prevention window, and she used three 50,000 won of cash, which was 50,000 won of cash, she opened the house through the window of the living room, she saw 1,000 won of cash, 1,000 won of a sports house equivalent to 70,000 won of the market price, 1,000 won of cell phone, and 20,000 won of cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim F's residence, and stolen the victim's property amounting to KRW 995,00 at the market price.

C. On August 30, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 14:00 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant passed the frontway of the loan located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) the Defendant was a victim H. of the flady flashed on the street.
