Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2020, at around 09:17, the Defendant discovered a bicycle installed with a correction device with the rear wheels from the victim C before Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and caused a theft of the unreshion of the market value of the victim, which is the unreshion of the surrounding area, by leading another bicycle.

Summary of Evidence

1. Application of the written on-site photographs of the defendant's legal statement C, and the Acts and subordinate statutes on CCTV closure photographs to be taken by the suspect;
