A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) as a teacher of Hanam-gun C C, was leading the school trip of the above six-year student; (b) around 23:30 on May 18, 2017, at the night house of the victim G (the family name, the female, the 29-year old age) located in the F Hosel, and at the night house of the victim G (the family name, the female, the 29-year age) located in the F Hosel on the said school trip; (c) together with the victim and the principal of the above school; (d) around 02:30 on May 19, 2017, the above principal hambeded with the victim, and hambed the victim’s room; and (d) tried to have sexual intercourse with the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol; and (d) tried to have been under the influence of alcohol.
