Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a B low-priced car.
On July 16, 2012, at around 22:40, the Defendant continued the three-lane road in front of the Feongsung-gu apartment in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, with two-lanes from the long-term flood flooding area to the long-term distance from the long-term flooding area.
