1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 90,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from March 13, 1993 to August 9, 1997 and August 10, 1997.
Reasons
1. On September 9, 1997, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the payment of the Promissory Notes 97Ada3532 with the Seoul District Court and received a favorable judgment against the Defendant, “The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 90 million and the amount of KRW 6% per annum from March 13, 1993 to August 9, 1997, and the amount of money calculated at the rate of KRW 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit again for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
