Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint coercion) by the Defendants;

A. From around 2009, Defendant B accepted HDaa located in B’s land below B’s 28 years old from the victim G (28 years old).
