Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person driving BM6 automobiles on duty;

On December 26, 2018, at around 03:30, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with 0.136% of the blood alcohol concentration, and proceeded two lanes as Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, in the direction of the intersection of completion at the seat of the C Hospital.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and there was a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brake system, etc. of the motor vehicle and to safely report the traffic situation and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol.

When it was caused by negligence that did not accurately operate the brake system, etc., the victim's D's rocketing taxi was stopped in the atmosphere of the mast signal.

As above, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cerebral wave, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks due to negligence in the course of performing duties while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol.

2. Around 03:30 on December 26, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.136% 0.136% on the street near Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and operated BMF6 car at approximately 3km from the street near the Seocho-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the street.
