A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:40 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the fact that the victim F, who is intellectual disability 2 in front of the E in North-gu, North-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-dong, was aboard a customer, and was in the same G apartment as the former G apartment, at which the victim was scheduled, divided the victim’s talk with the victim; (b) discovered the fact that there was a mental disability less than the intellectual level than the ordinary people; (c) discovered the victim’s mind to rape the victim; and (d) discovered the victim’s cell phone with the victim’s cell phone number to enter the victim’s cell phone number, and (e) confirmed the victim’s contact contact number before the H cosmetic room near the said G apartment.
