Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant, along with C and D, engaged in construction work at the construction site of officetels in Gyeongwon-si, Gyeongwon-si, Gyeongwon-si on November 13, 2013, the Defendant cut off the 12 tons of H beam at the 12 tons of the market value set up in the 12 tons of 10,200,000 won underground at the construction site of the said sttel and cut off the string for use for expenses.

After December 4, 2013, C sold the sloping beam cut from G, a scrap metal purchaser, on the first floor above the above construction site, at around 16:00 on December 4, 2013, and G loaded into the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property in collusion with C or D.
