Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2016, between 20:50 and 21:30 on September 23, 2016, the Defendant, on the grounds that the personal phone conversations and the geographic guidance in the subway C Station in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government were interrupted, was taken into the said station service room where civil petitioners and employees were in a large amount, and the Defendant, as the victim D (53) who is the head of the said station, was the victim D (53).
