1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2013, at around 13:10, the Defendant driven a C Poter freight vehicle without a car driver’s license in a section of about 1 km from the time of the entry in the same Eup/Myeon located in the same Eup/Myeon in front of the Daegu High School located in the Busan High School.
