No person shall use a trademark identical with another person's registered trademark on goods similar to the designated goods or use a trademark similar to another person's registered trademark on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods.

그럼에도 피고인은 2017. 3. 경부터 2017. 4. 19. 경까지 위 공장에서 재봉틀 2대 등을 설치한 후, 상표권 자인 ‘루 이비 똥 말 레 띠에’ 가 여행용 가방 등을 지정상품으로 특허청에 등록한 루 이비 똥 상표( 상표 등록번호 : 40-0330235)를 정당한 권한 없이 임의로 사용한 가방 19점을 제조하고, 루 이비 똥 가방 반제품 24점, 상표권 자인 ‘ 샤넬’ 이 서류 가방 등을 지정상품으로 특허청에 등록한 샤넬 상표( 상표 등록번호 : 40-0309448)를 임의로 사용한 샤넬 가방 반제품 38점, 루 이비 똥 가방 고리 20점, 루 이비 똥 앞 장식 28점 등을 제조를 위해 보관하는 등 시가 미상의 가짜 상품 총 129점을 보관하였다.

It is difficult to see that there is a large quantity of similar products manufactured or stored by the defendant, and the defendant actually acquired by the crime of this case.
