Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

On October 2015, the Defendant was the former representative director of the owner of the vehicle (state)B before the Haak-dong, Haakdong, Haak-dong, Haak-si, Haak-si, Haak-si, Haak-si

Despite the acquisition by transfer of D's early cargo vehicles from C(65) to D', the said vehicle did not file an application for the transfer registration of ownership within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is the owner of a DNA spawn vehicle.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around 11:00 on September 4, 2016, operated the said vehicle on the road of approximately 3 km away from the front day of the Sincheon-dong-dong, Seocheon-dong to the front day of the same Sincheon-dong.
