A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2009, the Defendant: (a) around 22:40 on October 13, 2009, received 3,300,000 won from E as the price for philopon at the inscopon store near the D hotel located in Suwon-gu Busan; and (b) around 00:15 on October 14, 2009, issued approximately 2.6 gramlopon from the inscopon to E inscopon at the unscopon site near the D hotel.
