결국 피고인은 위와 같은 업무상 과실로 피해자 E에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 우 슬관절 등 다발성 염좌 및 좌상을, 피해자 F과 투싼 승용차 동승자인 피해자 J(여, 51세)에게 각각 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 열린 두개내 상처가 없는 뇌진탕 등을, 피해자 H에게 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 요추의 염좌 및 긴장상 등을 입게 함과 동시에, 위 투싼 승용차를 수리비 합계 4,558,750원, 위 포터∥내장탑차를 수리비 합계 3,374,800원이 들도록 각각 손괴하고도...
