A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than twenty years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 24, 1990, the Defendant, F, and G, along with F and G, committed a joint crime, with the network in F and G H lending parking lots located in Echeon-gun H lending-gun, G around 03:00 on February 24, 1990, and the Defendant, using a steel company and Drick, committed a theft by driving one set of JLI car owned by the victim I in an amount equivalent to KRW 10 million at the market price parked in that place.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F and G.
2. Joint crimes by the accused and F;
A. At around 01:00 on April 5, 1990, the Defendant, along with F, considered F as a network within a passenger car between boarding and leaving the parking lot located in G in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant used in advance a steel shed and a house with a steel shed prepared in order to commit theft by driving one motor vehicle of N bee Code No. 1,000,000 won, which is owned by the victim M and parked in that place.
2) On April 10, 1990, the Defendant, along with F, took a look at F, in front of the victim P’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to the network within the free-to-land, and the Defendant removed and stolen a number plate in front of Qgo Code car owned by the victim who parked in that place using Draber.
3) On May 9, 1990, the Defendant, along with F, destroyed-gu R around 00:0 on May 9, 1990, at the parking lot located in Nam-gu R, Nam-gu, Nam reported the network within the passenger car between the Defendant and F, using the Raber prepared in advance, stolen one set of the number plate in front of the Tweet other car owned by the victim S.
4) On May 24, 1990, around 02:30 on May 24, 1990, the Defendant: (a) reported the network of F in a passenger car on the front side of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government U.S., and (b) stolen the Defendant’s vehicle by bringing about the 12,000,000 won of the market price parked in that place in the same manner as the above-mentioned paragraph (1).
B. The Defendant, from September 19, 1989, theft and theft of vehicles from gender south and Gyeonggi-do Council members with F along with F.
